A Development Center, with secured infrastructure and high-end equipment, is located in the heart of the city. The Development Centre is the spine of SDG, with all core activities done here. All the products of SDG are developed and enhanced here – right from the birth of an idea to its generation, and development to a marketable product. The infrastructure and the ambience promote the highly competitive, charged, but healthy, work atmosphere.

The presence of all the teams – Business Development, the Development teams for the various products, Support, Research and Technical Writing – under one roof result in the development and enhancement of quality products, giving the aura of a family working to achieve a common goal – delivering value to our clients.

Creativity is highly encouraged and commended here, with every member in the organization contributing to its growth and progress. Many former employees, started their careers at SDG, enhanced their skill-set and knowledge base and are now working for some of the biggest names in the IT industry.

With over 1100 books, the Library is the converging point for learning in SDG. Audiovisual shows for both learning and entertainment purposes are conducted frequently for the employees.

The testing center is located at a serene and idyllic locale. High-end equipment, state-of-the-art technology and tools, and VSAT facility are used to enhance robust testing. Automated testing tools are used to ensure predictable and robust delivery.
